Customer Relationship Leader

The Customer Relationship Leader is responsible for the relationship development, strategic engagement, and value realization through Aktana solutions with our clients. A successful Customer Relationship leader will partner with clients using deep industry and client knowledge to engage, inspire and identify how to best generate value for our clients and for Aktana.
Our offices are located in Fort Washington, PA, and we are looking for candidates in the Philadelphia region (PA/NJ/DE).
The ideal candidate has experience managing and building trust in client relationships within the pharmaceutical industry. The Customer Relationship Leader must develop deep knowledge of their clients from a content - brand strategy and therapeutic interest, technical maturity and commercial model, and market engagement interactions - and a personal perspective - key stakeholders, roles/responsibilities, and internal relationships. The Customer Relationship Leader will collaborate with Sales on a shared understanding of account activities, expectations, and to coordinate client experiences; and with Delivery Leaders to maintain an understanding of delivery, expectations for current projects, and to coordinate transitions. A highly effective Customer Relationship Leader brings analytic savvy and is comfortable interpreting data to create and tell a story, adept at solving complex problems, and has working knowledge of strategic planning, investment decision making and marketing and sales processes within pharmaceutical companies.
What you'll own and accomplish...
You will own the development and maintenance of the long-term client relationship.
You will own the development of the strategy, roadmap, and maturity model for applying Aktana's capabilities to client businesses and brands.
You will develop, manage and oversee execution of the stakeholder engagement plan.
You will help set and actively manage client expectations related to engagements.
You will help clients to establish success criteria and then communicate and monitor.
You will drive the creation of relevant business cases, acting as a strategic advisor to clients and to the Aktana client teams supporting them.
You will support clients in setting expectations for the impact of Aktana solutions, and assist them in reviewing impact throughout the lifecycle of their engagement with Aktana, including creation of tangible action plans.
You will actively support the development and validation of statements of work.
You will collaborate with the Aktana Advanced Services and Product teams to identify and advocate for innovation and customer-requested ideas.
