Receptionist

LHH seeks a receptionist in Sacramento, CA.

Welcome and direct visitors and guests appropriately.

Route incoming calls to the correct department or employee.

Process walk-in payments for individual members.

Receive legal documents and deliver them in a timely manner.

Assist in scheduling conference rooms and conference calls.

Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges, etc.).

Route incoming faxes to the appropriate employee or department daily.

Order and maintain supplies for all breakroom amenities, conference rooms, and departments.

Manage supply inventory and perform monthly supply audits.

Compile, collect, and serve as a resource for information pertaining to administrative and departmental functions.

Maintain desktop procedures for your role.

Provide backup support to internal departments as needed.

Qualifications: High School Diploma.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role with secretarial/telephone training in a healthcare setting.

Knowledge of switchboard telephone systems and current office technology.

Ability to create professional business correspondences unassisted.

Basic personal computer skills including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook.

Onsite | Monday to Friday | 8AM-5PM

Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
