About The Role

Key Responsibilities
Ensuring contract information is accurate and current on database/management system.
Documenting and tracking contracts to be managed in our document management system.
Updating data into Salesforce as needed to link opportunity to executed contract.
Assisting in the preparation of reports and Risk Analysis Matrix for review of contractual risks with senior management and executives.
Provide ongoing support to entities regarding administration of contractual agreements, etc.
Track and monitor key dates, due dates, and deadlines for the timely review of contracts throughout the contract life cycle.
Maintaining appropriate contract records using contract and document management software/tools and matrixes.
Review of contractual terms and conditions, leases, NDA’s and supplier/vendor agreements to meet our risk profile.
Liaise with insurance brokers for insurance requirements and certificates of insurance as needed.
Key Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in contract administration.
Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and communication skills and the ability to create effective solutions.
Basic understanding of contractual language and terms .
Ability to handle multiple assignments at a fast pace with varying priorities and due dates.
Advanced skills in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook and Salesforce.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of the contracting life cycle to include specifically the RFP and contractual processes.
Ability to identify/review basic commercial reviews of items for example, invoicing dates, milestones, bond requirements and insurance requirements, etc.
Must have advanced skills Microsoft Office Word.
Key Nice-To-Haves
Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) certification.
Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field.
Any additional relevant industry certifications.
