The Company is seeking a Vice President for Go-to-Market Finance, who will be a pivotal leader in the strategic design and execution of financial goals within the go-to-market functions, including sales, marketing, and customer experience. This role demands a seasoned professional with at least 15 years' of experience in finance, particularly within the tech/SaaS industry, and a strong background in leading financial operations for sales, marketing, and customer experience. The VP will also be tasked with managing commission operations, inspiring a culture of excellence, and translating business strategies into tangible financial plans.Applicants for the VP position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, with a preference for an MBA or equivalent advanced degree. The role requires a leader with a proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing global teams, excellent communication skills, and the ability to distill complex financial issues into clear and concise presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and strategic mindset, the ability to work effectively with executive leadership, and a talent for influencing strategic decision-making. Experience in a global, multi-currency enterprise, particularly within the software industry, is essential.
