About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to take on a pivotal role in the oversight of all financial aspects. The successful candidate will be a key player in the analysis and forecasting of financial trends, providing essential guidance to the CFO and executive team for strategic business planning. This role demands a professional with a strong background in financial management, including a deep understanding of tax law, regulations, and financial reporting. The VP of Finance will be responsible for all accounting operations, from payables to tax preparation, and must have a sophisticated skill set in communication, as well as the ability to lead the G&A budgeting process. Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or have equivalent proven experience, and a minimum of 10 years in an accounting role, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity. Familiarity with construction accounting and joint venture accounting is essential.
