Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Manager located in Seattle, WA (Tukwila). The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, developing and implementing business strategies, handling customer relations, and ensuring project success. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for financial management (P&L), staff training and development, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and management skills
Experience in the construction industry, concrete a huge plus!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement business strategies
Knowledge of financial management (P&L) and budgeting
Experience in customer relations and project management
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
