About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Applied AI to join their team. This leadership role is pivotal in overseeing AI, ML, and data strategy disciplines, and will be part of the Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the vision and strategy for AI, commercializing AI solutions, and building trusted partner relationships. They must have a strong background in AI/ML expertise, with a proven track record in conceiving, planning, and implementing AI solutions, particularly in early-stage and mid-market companies. The role requires a leader with commercial acumen, a clear vision for AI's role in business, and the ability to inspire and mobilize talent. The Head of Applied AI will also be instrumental in building and maturing the team to deliver on the AI vision.Candidates for this position should have experience in commercializing AI/ML, preferably at a consultancy or agency, and a background in working with PE firms and VC/Incubators. The role demands a leader with vision and leadership abilities, capable of inspiring partners to embrace technology-led growth. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic and ambitious approach to company building, with a focus on sustainable growth. The Head of Applied AI will play a key role in defining and differentiating The Company's AI capabilities in the marketplace, and their success will be measured by the integration of AI into the company's work and the growth of AI as a percentage of their projects.
