Job Description Job Description We are looking for a full-time Portfolio Property Manager for a growing property management company in Boston.
The property manager position will be to help streamline and process day-to-day business operations, which is fast paced and growing. We are in need of a candidate to help manage all aspects of the office and building maintenance responsibilities. Must have condo management experience.
Ideal candidates must be outgoing with a friendly demeanor and have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions
Attract and educate new tenants
Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
Supervise and train property staff
Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management or other related fields
Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
Ability to build rapport with tenants
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
