As a Talent Acquisition Partner with DaVita, you are the TA subject matter expert to hiring managers and are responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process. You will focus on hiring Leadership Positions for DaVita (Northeast Division)
You will bring innovative ideas to build and implement effective and efficient recruitment strategies. You will build and maintain a pipeline of highly qualified candidates for future opportunities and ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. You will work to ensure that your hiring goals and strategies are achieved, and best practices are followed. You act with a sense of urgency.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute strategic sourcing and action plans for each open position, taking into consideration hiring specifications and competencies.
Assist hiring managers in raising standards and the evaluation of candidates.
Consult with and guide hiring managers in a comprehensive recruitment process.
Apply behavioral based interviewing and other techniques to identify the best qualified candidate pool.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers.
Utilize organizational systems to track, report out and measure status of each open position.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
3-5+ years professional recruitment experience required.
Demonstrated success in executing a full-cycle corporate recruiting
Prior experience in large healthcare organizations is a plus

Salary/ Wage Range
$62,200.00-$91,300.00 / year Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
