The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist , working in Admin/Clerical industry in Chicago, Illinois, United States .
Research discrepancies and approve for payment.
Process third party (including inter companies), invoices, credit notes, and expenses.
Audit expense reports and match receipts to reports.
Assist accountants and controllers with A/P issues or problems as they arise.
Understand and comply with all A/P policies and procedures.
