Position Overview:

Responsible for acting as a liaison between defined customers and PICA. Assists with taking orders, account questions, billing, cancelations, complaints and other customer queries. Coordinates order fulfillment process between PICA US and PICA China.

Job Function:

Answers customer questions or finds help within PICA

Takes customer orders or makes changes to existing orders.

Informs customers on delivery schedule.
