About the role: :

Our Account Managers build, maintain and enhance client relationships while serving as the day-to-day contact and primary liaison between SilverTech and the client. As the primary contact for key clients you will be responsible for nurturing that relationship and ultimately fostering organic growth. You will be able to act autonomously but know when to pull in subject-matter-experts so we can best service the client. You will be responsible for organizing the client-facing status updates for all projects. You will work very closely with project managers to identify milestones, dependencies, deliverables and their associated schedules. It’s important you are an advocate for our process and a task master. You will also help to drive planning. This means collaboration across departments (strategy, digital marketing, technology) to evaluate how we can be the best digital partner for our clients while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and then using your influences to help sell those in.

Account Managers should be knowledge in both marketing and technology. They should be passionate about building relationships and sharing in the success of their client partners. This position reports into the VP of Strategy and Customer Success.

Responsibilities: : Act as the day-to-day communication lead and liaison between SilverTech and the client.

Organize the client facing status of all projects through the use of available tools, templates and technologies and engage in regular communication/meetings with your clients.

Ensure the successful completion and/or resolution of all client requests.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Understand the client’s business goals and objectives in order to act as a strategic partner and proactively plan how we can help them achieve their goals.

Forecast and track key account metrics on a weekly/daily basis.

Prepare reports on account status in order to effectively manage up to leadership.

Build and maintain a relationship with internal teams such as Project Management, Strategy, Digital Marketing and Engineering.

Approach account management with an eye for amazing customer service and how to generate organic growth opportunities.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Participate in new business pitches when necessary.

Qualifications: : BS/BA in marketing, business management, communications or related field or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or account servicing position, ideally in the agency or digital space

Basic understanding of web technologies, website development and/or CMS is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Know how to build a client presentation and have confidence presenting it.

Comfort with a fast-paced environment and managing multiple work streams.

Comfortable working with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization (internally and externally), including executive and C-level.

Strong understanding of common business challenges.

Ability to travel 5-10% to client sites for meetings is required.
