Senior Operations Associate - Partnership Investments
Global private equity firm is hiring a Senior Operations Associate in their downtown Boston office. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of operations experience in the financial services industry, preferably from a family office or investor relations environment.
The team is doing a hybrid schedule, 3 days/week in the downtown Boston office and offers excellent total compensation including bonus, 401k contributions, benefits, and high internal growth potential.
Responsibilities:
Provide client services support to partners and internal investors
Support capital calls, post invoices, oversee collections, coordinate loan programs
Generate and post distribution notices, coordinate paperwork for wires and checks
Develop and implement new systems to streamline report generation and distribution
Establish relationship with team banking entity- set up new accounts, deposit checks, oversee wiring procedures
Represent the group with high level of professionalism and efficiency across the firm
Qualifications:
2-6 years of experience from the financial services sector
Operations experience in a family office or investor relations capacity
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
Strong multitasking and organizational skills; ability to hit deadlines with competing priorities
High professional integrity and ability to handle confidential information
