**Principal Accountabilities**
+ Responsible for the maintenance, repair, upgrade, and appearance of all Ammonia and Freon Refrigeration and environmental equipment in the facility, using hand tools to perform maintenance on machinery
+ Ensuring food safety and quality
+ Cleanliness and housekeeping
+ Maintenance of electrical and control circuits associated with refrigeration equipment
+ Coil and equipment cleaning
+ Maintenance of Evaporative Condenser Units
+ Repair and maintenance of Freon condenser and evaporator coils
+ Repair/Replace fan motors and fan blades
+ Install and repair various valves and other components in ammonia systems
+ Use math to document changes in the system levels, pressures, etc.
+ Use computer to complete data entry
+ Maintaining a safe working environment
**Required Qualifications**
+ Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
+ Must be 18 years or older
+ Ability to work in a cold to warm environment
+ Ability to work with a variety of hand tools
+ Ability to read, write, and speak English
+ Ability to perform basic math
+ Must pass a respirator fit test and physical
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Previous production/maintenance/refrigeration experience
+ RETA CARO certification
+ Previous Cargill experience
+ Previous food manufactoring experience
