Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Will be running refrigerant lines to mini-splits or VRF systems.
+ Will need to pressure system to detect leaks.
+ Will need to pull vacuum and make charge system with refrigerant if needed.
+ Will have to run thermostat wire if needed.
+ Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
+ Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent system failures and prolong equipment lifespan.
+ Collaborate with the service team to coordinate efficient and effective service calls.
+ Provide exceptional customer service, offering clear explanations and solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
+ Stay abreast of the latest industry technologies, tools, and practices.
Qualifications
+ Able to understand/read construction drawings.
+ Able to comprehend submittals of equipment being installed.
+ Able to run soft copper or braze copper.
+ Certified Refrigeration Technician with a minimum of (4 years) experience in refrigeration, HVAC systems, or a related field.
+ Proficient in diagnosing and repairing commercial refrigeration systems.
+ Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in the refrigeration industry.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
+ Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
