Adecco is recruiting Licensed Pharmacy Technicians for an **onsite** Pharmacy Data Intake role in Fort Worth, Texas. This is an opportunity to work for a leading healthcare company that delivers a third of all pharmaceuticals used in North America!
**REQUIREMENTS**
• **Must** have active **Pharmacy Technician License** - PTCB registration and if in Texas must be registered with Texas State Board Of Pharmacy. Must be in good standing with PTCB and TXSBOP
• Must have 2+ years Pharmacy Data Intake/Data Entry experience
• High School Diploma or GED
**PAY-** The anticipated wage for this position is between $ 22 and $23
Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
**SCHEDULE-** Mon- Fri 10:00am to 7:00 pm CST
**JOB SUMMARY**
This is an onsite role- Fort Worth , Texas 76177
Responsible for performing intake and Rx Setup (facilitating the processing of prescriptions) activities, and functions in accordance with company policies and procedures to assist in the flow of dispensing drugs to the patient.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Review contents of referral to ensure complete and accurate information has been received
• Create a patient profile from a scanned or faxed image by entering correct patient and provider information to ensure all other groups can successfully serve the patient
• Conduct initial check of prescription to ensure clinical accuracy for processing
• Communicate with providers regarding referral status, prescription clarification, missing information, or patient concerns so that all information is collected and accurate before it reaches other teams for furthering processing
• Updating concise progress notes to ensure other roles within the workflow can quickly assess the status of the referral
• Enter new provider information (i.e., National Provider Identifier) accurately into the system so that the Business Intelligence group can complete their reporting
• Perform other duties as assigned
2+ years pharmacy Data Entry experience

**Pay Details:** $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
