Job Description / Objective

TAP is seeking an aggressive, ambitious, experienced, dynamic, and innovative Sales Executive to perform the following functions across the US and North America:

Daily seek/contact/follow up with/meet with new prospects and leads through multi-channels (phone, email, Teams/Online, social media, etc.).

This role will be required to self-generate leads, but TAP’s Marketing function will support and generate leads through multiple channels as well.

Perform TAP’s Standard five (5) Sales Steps (2b below) that follow the TAP Marketing Steps to successfully close TAP Solution Deals for clients leveraging TAP’s CRM system (Zoho CRM).

Sales Executive Steps: Generate leads/Develop Relationships/Qualify, Opportunity Meeting, Assessment Meeting, Proposal/Pricing/POC, Contracts/SOW, Ongoing Account Management

Perform Account Management (aka Client Experience) steps to continually upsell new TAP Solutions to clients. This increases commissions and the length of MRR commissions.

Work and Communicate with the VP of Sales, Other Sales Executives, and other Senior Leaders daily and weekly including regular Sales Status reporting.

This position reports to the VP of Sales and works closely with other TAP Senior Leadership on a regular basis to establish the overall TAP strategy, goals, and direction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Maintain relevant and current documentation related to Sales & Business Development.

Regularly communicate and present relevant information to company senior management.

Use metrics data for Sales & Business Development.
