Our influence extends beyond these shores, with a flourishing presence in the Asia-Pacific region, Middle East, Russia, Central Asia, and East Asia. While the US market has been pivotal in our success, what's remarkable is that we've achieved this impressive standing over the past three years without a local team. Recognizing the immense potential and to further solidify our position, we are now in the process of establishing a dedicated local team in the US. This strategic development is designed to ensure that both our valued customers and partners are afforded an exceptional experience through enhanced product offerings.

Central to our commitment is an intensive focus on managing wholesale and retail channels more effectively. This will enable us to have better control over pricing and curb the proliferation of counterfeit products. Through these calculated endeavors, we aim to uphold the integrity and quality of products that our customers have come to rely on.

Responsibilities

Spearhead the management and execution of joint business plans and KPIs with our strategic distributors to enhance revenue and market share.

Work closely with distributors to enforce mass-market strategies and achieve design inclusions and wins.

Coach and nurture distributor business resources towards self-sufficiency, while managing account/channel forecasts, order intakes, and inventories.

Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to identify emerging opportunities and applications.

Drive demand creation in key focus areas and align account/channel development plans with business unit and regional strategies.

Assemble a local team to bolster business expansion and continually empower team members to achieve their best.

Requirements:

3+ years of sales working experience in: Tobacco; E-Cigarette; FMCG and Consumer goods (Pepsico, Cocacola, Red Bull, etc. Packed food&beverage).

Must base in the city with valid local work visa required.

Management experiences are not required.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with the capability to deliver formal presentations to senior staff.

Demonstrated ability to excel both within a multi-disciplinary team and independently, and to drive customer/client engagements.
