The Impact You'll Make

Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives. Diagrams and evaluates existing processes. Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams. Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify root cause of problems. Measures performance against process requirements. Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls. You will deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control. Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes. Communicates team progress. Performs cost and benefit analyses.

What You'll Do

Support the vision for the team's product and incorporate feature requests into product roadmap. Effectively communicate with executive leadership, business teams and functional teams.

Oversee software product creation involving design, development, and evaluation of product progress at each stage of the Agile process. Participate in Scrum ceremonies.

Knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE) / Power BI. Liaise with the product team and end-users to capture and analyze requirements and deliver updates. Review and prioritize user stories written by the team and define acceptance criteria.

Groom, manage and prioritize product backlog in ADO (Azure DevOps). Collaborate with IT team for User Acceptance Testing and bug tracking and address production issues during sprints.

Create training materials and lead training for sales staff and be the go-to contact for CRM.

Who We're Looking For Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.

Excellent oral and written communication skills to collaborate with prospective and current application users and executives to understand and anticipate their needs and translate into product requirements.

Ability to work with large teams. Work well in a team environment with demonstrable strong cross functional team (CFT) skills.

Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of semiconductor industry trends and understanding of Sales and Marketing process is a plus.

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $86,000.00 - $202,000.00

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
