Experience supporting data driven projects
Background with product building projects (they will be building an application from scratch)
Confers with functional or technical experts to develop requirements or resolve issues.
Worked in an Agile and waterfall environments
Very strong communication – this role will be the center point of the projects
Analyzes business needs, processes, and requirements, and develops software requirement specifications.
Collects business requirements and creates user storied and flow charts.
Communicates system changes and processes to appropriate personnel, documenting any processes as necessary.
Hands on QA/testing experience is nice to have but not required
Troubleshoots and resolves issues or assigns issues to the appropriate internal expert.
Follows up with external and internal business users on status of open issues.
Performs other tasks as assigned to ensure integrity of data and accurate reporting.
Bachelor’s degree
7-10 years of BA experience
Healthcare background is nice to have but not required
Experience with end to end software development
