The Role:
The Sales Development Representative will research and prospect potential clients to have high level conversations with senior executives, with the goal of generating qualified opportunities for our Sales team. The SDR will complete 100+ outbound activities a day between calls, emails, social selling, direct mail, etc. Through your outbound messaging efforts, you will have a direct impact on pipeline and revenue generation, fueling our growth while laying the foundation for a strong career in B2B SaaS sales.
The Responsibilities: Qualify marketing leads in a fast yet efficient manner through multiple channels such as outbound cold calling, outbound email, and digital marketing while maintaining positive brand recognition.
Be the subject matter expert for prospective clients in all Meazure Learning Professional Testing product lines and services, beyond basic features and benefits.
Partner with Sales Team to identify new sales opportunities and facilitate a smooth hand-off from early qualification to close.
Ability to meet and/or exceed bookings goals and activity measurements.
Continuously maintain, organize, and update Salesforce.
The Desired Attributes: Minimum of 1 year of lead generation experience, preferably in SaaS or education with a track record of exceeding quota
Ability to tell a compelling story about Meazure Learning Product and Service as it relates to the clients’ needs.
Growth mindset
Experience with CRM tools, Salesforce.com preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact and drive communication across leadership teams within our target verticals.
Ability to understand customer's industry and core business challenges
