About the Senior Financial Analyst position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst who will specialize in designing processes around analysis and forecasting, your role is multifaceted and crucial to the financial health and strategic decision-making of your organization.
What you'll do as a Senior Financial Analyst:
Develop processes and methodologies for financial analysis and forecasting to enhance accuracy, relevance, and profitability. This may include: Establishing standardized reporting formats and templates and educating stakeholders on best practices.
Implement new processes and tools around data analytics to improve pricing, margins, and cash forecasting.
Collect and analyze financial information for products, pricing, and overheads and recommend applicable changes to achieve the company's profitability goals.
Apply cost analysis to proposed Sales Orders to assist in the approval process.
Report current or expected financial performance and create financial models to guide decision-making.
Analyze cash flow and expenditures, to make recommendations for action and/or modifications regarding financial procedures, plans, and controls.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements.
What you'll need to be a successful Senior Financial Analyst:
At least 4-6 years of experience in Financial Analytics and Cost Accounting.
Bachelor's degree preferred . An advanced degree a plus .
Experience with NetSuite (Preferred) or other enterprise-level accounting applications.
Handles complex issues and problems.
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the subject matter.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Analytical thinking skills.
Statistical knowledge.
Detail oriented.
Time management skills.
