Job Description
Position Summary: The Senior Financial Analyst will be directly involved in the analysis of their business units in order to prepare reports for management. The Financial Analyst will also assist in the budgeting, planning, and forecasting for the business units.
Essential Job Functions
Review product design documents
Monitor project costs
estimate budget targets
Prepare job cost estimate data
Prepare profit and loss statements
Analyze statistical data for project cost reduction strategies
Prepare statistical reports and preform financial risk analysis
Requirements
Skills & Abilities:
Strong oral and written communication skills
Capable of handling multiple database systems and complex data compilation
Excellent spreadsheet and financial analysis skills; using macros and pivot tables
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with independent judgment to deal with ambiguity
Strong collaboration and communication skills to achieve company goals
Results-oriented contributor must demonstrate business acumen and resourcefulness
Knowledge of MAS or similar system
Education & Experience
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field required
Minimum 1 year experience working in a financial forecasts and budgeting
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
