Salary Range

Reporting Structure
The Visual Merchandising Coordinator, West Coast reports directly to the Director of Visual Merchandising.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
The Visual Merchandising Coordinator is an entry level supporting the different functions of the visual merchandising department. Helping to ensuring consistency of visual merchandising initiatives and projects, department tools and expense management. Always protecting and embodying the brand DNA of Vince through an entrepreneurial lens.
Monthly Flagship Floorset: Support in monthly visual floor sets, walk-throughs, monthly directive production, photography, photoshop and information compiling from cross-functional departments.
Department Tools: Aid in compiling, market decks, training tools and resources store design inspiration and visual archive.
Showroom (LA): Coordinate seasonal market showroom set-ups & breakdown, sample coordination, brand initiatives and special events.
Administrative: Execute & track monthly departmental expenses from VP of Creative Services. Oversee and execute ordering, shipping & distros for all events, store openings & brand functions. Ensure all deliveries are received and documented.
Communication: Partner with cross functional partners regarding creative needs including in-store marketing, merchandising initiatives, product deliveries, signage rollouts.
Travel: Local store visits to aid in visual merchandising initiatives including but not limited to new domestic store openings/relocations based on business needs.
Inspire: Evoke and embody the brand DNA while always enforcing our Brand standards & community within the corporate and field environments

Qualifications/Experience We’re Looking For: 2+ years of visual merchandising, retail, or management experience.
A passion for creativity, innovation, fashion, architecture, and interior design.
Positive/optimistic attitude driven by solutions with a point of view.
Must have knowledge of Visual Merchandising, as well a strong business acumen in balancing budgets, vendor relations, and logistical operations
Self- motivated with the ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and fast-paced environments, multitask and time manage.
Strong attention to detail, organized with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Open and flexible to domestic travel with a willingness to adapt schedules based on last minute business needs, special projects/events.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and utilizing ladders up 13 feet tall.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, knowledge or willingness to learn Adobe suite.
Technology: Each team member is suggested to have a smartphone device for reporting & photographing purposes
