Territory Sales Manager

Our client, a prominent company in the tobacco industry, is seeking passionate individuals to join their team as Territory Sales Manager. This position plays an important role in the development of sales within the territory by achieving all sales objectives and maximizing the distribution and merchandising of the products.
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales, distribution, merchandising, and inventory objectives in retail and wholesale outlets as assigned.
Effectively merchandise, display, and communicate product messages to consumers, building and maintaining relationships with the retail trade.
Plan and execute district visits, adhering to objectives and maintaining accurate reports.
Develop and maintain the territory, including cold calling to meet objectives.
Ensure product quality through proper rotation and availability at retail and wholesale levels.
Communicate competitive information from the field promptly.
Present a professional image, maintain good business rapport, and provide superior service in line with corporate guidelines.
Manage consignment funds and perform tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience
2+ years of sales or sales merchandising experience preferred but not required.
Outside consumer products sales experience is a plus.
Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Willingness to travel extensively within the region (approximately 6 overnights per month).
