The Fellowship forges inroads of BIPOC talent at the leadership ranks of the agency through the recognition and cultivation of relevant, transferable skills to the industry. Our partners mentor and develop diverse talent with transferable skills to assume a Director+ level role. This allows us to maintain the program's integrity and goal of ensuring diversity is present in the company's junior- and senior-level positions.
