About the Role
The Company is seeking a Compliance Training Project Vice President to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and delivery of eLearning and instructor-led training projects across the Americas Division. This includes gathering and sharing training requirements, coordinating with subject matter experts and training vendors, and preparing courses for launch in the learning management system. The role requires a strong background in training operations or training administration, particularly in a regulated or financial services environment, and experience with eLearning development projects is preferred. The VP will also be tasked with managing course development projects, tracking course completions, and maintaining training content on the Compliance Training SharePoint site.Applicants for the Compliance Training Project Vice President role at the company should have 2-5 years of experience in a similar capacity, with a focus on project management and a proven ability to work with large datasets in Excel. The position demands excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership, and a commitment to fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion. The VP will be expected to collaborate with the learning management team to ensure that all training records are accurately maintained and to monitor the annual training schedule to ensure the timely completion of the Compliance Training Annual Training Plan. Experience with online training authoring tools and a strong knowledge of learning management system reporting are also desired.
