Application Support Analyst

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
Testing of new application/software code changes
Develop informative, clear, and effective documentation
Provide first- and second-line support where needed for the company’s ERP, property management system and other line of business applications
Provide team support with applications development methodologies (testing, training, data migration, functional and technical specification creation)
Collect, analyze and lead new and existing business initiatives
Primary backup for the verification of daily automated procedures
Participate in semi-annual and annual audit requests from both internal and external auditors
Provide User and Admin level support for Workflow BPM
Conduct training in ERP system and other software packages as needed
Assist in ERP support for 3rd party organization
Experience with Property Management Systems (IBS, JDE, Yardi, MRI, CTI) a plus
Occasional after hours support on an as needed basis to support the enterprise needs
Job Qualifications: Able to work as a part of a team to achieve common goals
Possess an abundant willingness and ability to learn new applications thoroughly
Some knowledge of real estate management and accounting a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
Proficiency in use of MS Office products
Bizflow or similar Workflow BPM experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks
Education/Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, IT, MIS, or business-related (functional) discipline
1-3 years’ experience in IT systems analysis
Experience troubleshooting desktop applications
Current accounting experience, a plus.
