Role and Responsibilities

ProFloors is a full service Multifamily Flooring provider that is passionate about having the best team in the industry to provide the best quality installation and service to customers

· Work closely with Management and Executive Sales Team to help meet goals

· Work in field – cold calling new potential customers

· Researching new leads and working with CEO on lead list

· Measuring apartments, showing samples, and meeting with customer

· Field PR work with existing customers

· Processing new customer pricing, orders, and templates on computer

· Putting together bids and price estimates for Account Executives (word, excel, and email)

· Social media posting with our Marketing Manager

· Generate company Marketing & Support

· Supporting all Sales Teams needs and requests in a timely manner

· Accurately place orders with Sales Admins

Qualified Candidates will possess the following skills:

· Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a plus but not required

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint a must)

· Experience with Marketing and Social Media

· Strong typing and data entry skills

· Professional telephone etiquette

· Ability to provide excellent customer service

· Strong problem solving skills

· Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

· Excellent attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
