Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in business administration
MBA or equivalent preferred
Strong financial background regarding physician compensation
Strong experience overseeing Revenue Cycle Management
At least five (5) years of experience in practice administration and personnel management
Demonstrated expertise in small or medium size healthcare organization preferred
Proficiency in electronic practice and health record management systems
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
In-depth knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations
Will have eight (8) direct reports
