About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer (SVP/CHRO) to provide executive-level leadership and guidance in the development and execution of a comprehensive human resource strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and ensuring that HR programs are in line with the company's mission and strategic vision. The role involves overseeing a large team and requires a strategic approach to driving business outcomes, supporting senior leadership, and fostering a culture that aligns with the company's values.Applicants for the SVP/CHRO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an MBA or Master's degree. A minimum of 15 years' of leadership experience in HR, including 5 years' in an executive HR role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR functional knowledge, business acumen, and strategy development, with the ability to anticipate and lead the organization's future talent needs. Experience in a complex, decentralized environment and a commitment to inclusive excellence are also highly valued. The SVP/CHRO will be expected to have excellent communication skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, and a proven track record of ethical leadership and dealing with sensitive personnel matters.
