**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:**

* Manage and triage a high volume of inbound customer service calls to assist customers with timely with accurate answers and action item.

* Respond to customer inquiries by telephone.

* Be able to approach all tasks, issues and projects in an organized way

* Directly, clearly, concisely communicate issues and solutions often to the appropriate manager or team to ensure that everyone is always aware of customer situations

* Be able to prioritize many tasks and complete them accurately, quickly and timely

* Support the team and be able to learn and take on other office and customer service responsibilities

Requirements **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:**

* High school education with higher education a plus

* Experience in an office and customer service a plus but not required

* Experience with a service dispatch or technical team a plus but not required

* Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel, and other database-centric systems, spreadsheets, Business Communications

* Ability to take initiative to continuously improve the performance and efficiency of themselves and the department

* Ability to remain empathic and professional when dealing with customers or team members
