IT Specialist
The IT Specialist is responsible for providing on-site & remote support to our end-users. The IT Support Specialist will play a key role in troubleshooting a variety of desktop and network issues, assist with projects, and delivering exceptional client service to our users.
**This position will require you to be in-office at least four days per week, from our Boston Seaport office location.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
Install, configure, test, and maintain hardware, software, peripheral devices, and other products.
Support audio/visual equipment setup and troubleshooting in meetings, conference rooms, and other environments.
Maintain and update internal troubleshooting documentation to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Administer a wide range of SaaS applications.
Other Duties:
Continuous improvement of tools
Participate in project-related tasks
Travel to other sites may be required.
Additional responsibilities and tasks may be assigned as needed on a project or interim basis.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience in related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT Support Role
Desired experience with Okta, Office365, JAMF Pro, Intune, Zoom, or equivalent tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Work Conditions: This is an on-site/hybrid position that requires 4 days in our Boston office
Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required for certain IT projects and deliverables
Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.
