**How you’ll strengthen the team:**

Our team is looking for someone who can be client facing while simultaneously working with internal departments (creative, strategy, technology) from conception to completion, making creative suggestions and providing input along the way. Beyond that, here’s how you’ll make your mark:

+ Oversee a team responsible for developing multi-channel media plans in accordance with the objectives, strategies and goals communicated by Heartbeat Idea’s roster of top tier clients.

+ Provide vision and leadership to the growing media team, ensuring excellence in execution for our east and west coast clients.

+ A strong, strategic orientation and the ability to translate client’s business needs into innovative media plans.

+ Multi-channel experience in pharma.

**Qualifications**

**What you’re bringing with you:**

Across 10+ years of experience, you’ve built a legit foundation in Media Planning. These are the skills you’ve totally nailed:

+ Innovation and creative problem solving

+ Working knowledge of 3rd party software: specifically, DoubleClick, PRISMA, MRI and the Nielsen suite

+ Ability to uncover, articulate and implement actionable insights

+ Strong negotiation skills

+ Ability to collaborate and work with multiple practices internally.

+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

+ Superior communication skills

+ History of providing clients with successful media campaigns

+ Proven leadership qualities and the ability to hire strong support staff

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

+ Ability to present ideas and gain consensus and support

+ Experience working with Pharmaceutical clients is a must

**Additional Information**

“Compensation Range: $143,000 - $240,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 07/26/2024.
