What are we looking for?

This role entails identifying new business, designing cutting-edge solutions through consultative selling, and building and maintaining strong customer partnerships. It will also provide you with the opportunity to work and grow in a dynamic organization.

Job Responsibilities

Analyze market conditions and trends of small-medium segment to enterprise segment in the USA, identify opportunities based on your book of business and create a strong value proposition for customers. You have a proven track record of building a customer base.

Identify & generate a strong pipeline of potential clients through comprehensive research, networking, and strategic cold calling. Utilize social media tools and professional networks to expand outreach. You’re excited to be a “hunter” and build your own pipeline.

End to end ownership of the sales cycle across various products, solutions and hyperscalers (Google Cloud, AWS). You understand the hyperscaler ecosystem and acknowledge that both the end client and the hyperscaler partner are your customers.

Collaborate with marketing, solutions and delivery teams across distributed geographies to identify market opportunities, build world-class solutions and execute flawlessly. You know how to collaborate effectively.

Develop custom deal proposals that excite both the customer and the hyperscaler to solve with Searce. You know how to get complex deals done while managing multiple senior stakeholders.

Ensure continued customer satisfaction levels and develop Searce’s image as a trustworthy, capable and a reliable technology partner. You don’t close the deal and walk away, but understand that once the deal gets signed…that’s when the real work begins.

Lead sales and marketing events, campaigns and other initiatives with our ecosystem partners. You know how to build strong alliances.

Qualifications

We look for at least a Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or Sales/Marketing, or equivalent experience.

Graduate degree (Preferably with a full-time MBA in Sales & Marketing).

6+ years of experience in enterprise sales for technology services ( Public Cloud / Data Analytics / Applied AI preferred) .

Proven track record of Sales in India across technologies such as Cloud, Analytics and data engineering.

Strong exposure / Experience in working with the Digital Natives, Startups and Enterprise accounts (in tech / Solution Sales capacity).

Exposure and understanding to technology stack such as Application Modernisation, ML & AI, Data & Analytics (Redshift, DataLake etc), Devops(CI-CD, Kubernetes etc)

Strong written, verbal communication & presentation skills.

Ability to interact, converse and ideate with CTOs, CEOs, VPs and IT Directors.
