Responsibilities Our client is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) team with operational responsibilities associated with deploying DEI program initiatives
They are looking for a highly organized individual who thrives on action and wants to build, expand, and enhance DEI programs for impact
The DEI Operations Manager will provide all program operations that include aligning communications, obtaining stakeholder approvals, reporting, document management and managing resources to deliver on the objectives
Create and write DEI communications across different channels, review and align approvals for graphics/visuals
Stay abreast of leading industry research reports, innovative studies, and DEI best practices in order to advise on DEI landscape across the investing and technology industries
Additionally, this position will work to foster partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders and develop/design outreach communications that help elevate the impact of DEI internally
Utilizes organizational data and evidence-based practices to inform the development of DEI education and training efforts
Assist with facilitation in both leading and planning DEI learning discussions
Partner with Talent Acquisition team to launch DEI recruiting initiatives, serve as lead point of contact for external diversity partnerships
Organize key DEI content from events and external resources to simplify access for employees, document highlights and key takeaways, support the team to create learning modules
Facilitate the budgeting process, vendor onboarding, vendor renewals, and vendor management Point of Contact (POC)
Analyze and track program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and goals, create reports and presentations to share status updates, align stakeholder approvals
Support ad-hoc requests
