Responsibilities
Position Overview
This role is integral in improving systems operational efficiency across Willow Bridge
Property Management. The Project Manager, Systems Operations will manage technology
programs, roll out project plans and communication as well as develop and execute
change management plans to enhance and streamline company programs and systems.
This position will report to the Director, Systems Operations & Performance.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for planning system rollouts by defining project scope, objectives, and
deliverables.
Partner with Senior Director, Systems Operations & Performance to identify key
metrics for measuring effectiveness and performance of current property
management systems.
Schedule and create and manage project timelines with direction from Senior
Director, Systems Operations & Performance.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks during the review and rollout process.
Regularly update leadership on project progress.
Possess technical expertise to understand technology requirements specific to
multifamily property management.
Collaborate with IT, Procurement and Asset Operations teams to implement
solutions.
Maintain and evaluate product performance metrics and recommend
improvements.
Lead and execute special projects as assigned by the Senior Director, Systems
Operations & Performance.
Qualifications
Critical Skills & Qualifications
Certification or formal education for Project Management
Minimum 2 years experience in managing projects successfully
Strong transferable skills with other companies or roles
Possess strong communication, collaboration, and people skills with the ability to
convey complex information in an accessible manner
Minimum 3 years experience with property management systems - Yardi, Entrata,
OneSite, etc. preferred
Ability to travel up to 25%
