As the leader of our Claim Technology organization, you'll define the technical strategy that empowers engineers across departments. You'll be a champion for innovation, removing roadblocks and fostering a culture of high-performing software development. This role would report into the CIO.

We're looking for someone with:
Proven leadership: 7+ years of experience leading and motivating large engineering teams.
Technical vision: A keen understanding of software development trends and the ability to translate them into actionable strategies.
Delivery expertise: A proven track record of delivering high-quality, maintainable software solutions.
Communication mastery: The ability to articulate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Problem-solving prowess: A knack for tackling complex challenges and developing elegant, sustainable solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Extensive years of programming/development experience
5 years of technical leadership experience
Experience leading a team of 100+
