PSE's Customer Energy Mgmt & Renewables team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Business Support Analyst position!

Specific details regarding the work arrangements for this position will be discussed in further detail during the interview process.

Job Description

Performs a variety of quantitative/qualitative analysis, as well as reporting, to support business needs and requirements. Provides technical support (troubleshooting, maintenance and enhancements) and consultation for a variety of database systems used through out the department.

This position supports the business of Energy Efficiency rebates and programs for the business customer. We focus on incentives for less complicated efficiency projects that are tailored for, but not limited to, the small business customer. We work with customers, contractors, distributors, and implementers, on a variety of program designs, therefore needing a flexible and proactive team member that has a variety of skills including: QC'ing data, invoicing, Power BI building and updating, file maintenance, reporting, database updates, presentation creation, process improvement, and talented in using data to solve problems and tell the story of our work.

The ideal candidate will possess creative and critical thinking and problem solving skills. They have strong attention to detail, strong work ethic to provide quality work on time, driven to improve processes, and inherent desire to help and support teammates and our customers. Advanced Excel skills, enjoying researching and/or creating new tools, would be a valuable benefit.

Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE's operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety.

Demonstrates commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with our core values and Code of Conduct. Ensures duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations.

Job Responsibilities

Inputs data and evaluates the output from departmental modeling tools, benchmarking comparisons and performance reporting. Initiates, leads and performs analysis; provides/presents recommendations.

Provides ad-hoc data analysis, which may include research and review of issues, and follow-on response.

Coordinates and supports data requests from internal or external sources (such as compliance, audits, government filings, etc)

Assists with departmental initiatives, new analysis development and process improvement, on an as-needed basis.

Organizes and provides updates for external databases.

QC's data accuracy for uploads, processes corresponding invoices.

May lead project teams on various related business initiatives.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree in business, economics, finance, or related, and 3 years experience in quantitative/ qualitative analysis; or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.

Experience working with relational database systems (querying, analysis, reporting).

Strong computer skill utilizing MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook).

Excellent problem solving skills.

Ability to understand and explain technical concepts.

Excellent writing, communication and customer service skills.

Experience and desire to work in a team environment.

Strong time management and organizational skills. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize assignments.

Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field.

Project management skills.

Experience leading teams.

Related business-specific experience may include: Advanced relational database familiarity (MS Access, SQL, Oracle).

Familiarity with CSEE Systems (CSY, CLX, CMS).

Knowledge of Crystal Reports and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Knowledge of programming language (Visual Basic, SQL, VB.NET, HTML).

Knowledge of rate-making process.

Familiarity with SAP, BI, PACE.

Process documentation and improvement experience.

The pay range for this position is $67,800.00 - $96,400.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses.
