Job Title – Labor and Employment Attorney (management-side)
Package - $175,000 – $225,000 Basic Salary + Bonus

Role Overview :
Seeking a Labor and Employment Attorney (management-side) to play a key role in the ongoing upward trajectory of an award winning, mid-sized law firm.
Responsibilities :
Experience in employment law and employee relations including selecting, hiring, training, managing and terminating employees.
Complying with wage and hour law.
Preventing, investigating and responding to discrimination and harassment complaints; accommodating applicants and employees with disabilities.
Experience in collective bargaining is a plus
Requirements :
5+ years experience in Labor and Employment Law.
Candidates will have strong academic skills proven track record in drafting documents, great communication skills.
Cases involving wage and hour, management side, collective bargaining (broad range of experience).
Willing to do 1900 billable hours per year.
