Responsibilities Include:
- Act as a mentor and advisor to your teammates, making sure they’re learning and growing with an eye towards their personal long-term work goals
- Create overarching strategies for clients in partnership with leadership team
- Act as primary client contact, answering day-to-day questions and forging a strong trusting relationship with key brand stakeholders
- Strategic pitching of exclusive top-tier news, with a particular focus on new design projects and/or new product launches and collections
- Act as high-level media contact across outlets, consistently building on existing relationships with editors and seeking to build new ones
- Oversee your team’s pitching efforts, ensuring their pitches are sharp and their targets are a match for the story
- Lead brainstorming sessions as a creative thought leader, listening to your team’s ideas and helping them hone their pitches and prioritize outreach to make sure client’s goals are met
