Agility Partners is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Support Analyst position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This Support Analyst will join the Customer Experience organization. This is an exciting opportunity to assist with back-end administrative tasks and the implementation of functions and features for the release of internet protocol.
In this role you will: Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues and provide solutions or escalate them to the appropriate team
Prioritize bugs based on severity, impact and urgency and assign owners
Monitor the progress of bug resolution and update the ticket status accordingly
Communicate with service owners to coordinate bug fixes and testing
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the product quality and user experience
