Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Non-IT Program Manager to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the business operations of the data center, specifically focusing on non-technical initiatives and financial planning. The successful candidate will have the chance to lead projects as the main project manager and gain valuable experience in supporting the US government's classified data center operations.
In this role you will:
Coordinate projects and make detailed plans to accomplish goals, directing the integration of technical activities
Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate staff, overseeing the development and maintenance of staff competence
Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility
Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients, as well as review and recommend contracts and cost estimates

The Ideal Candidate 6+ years of overall experience in project management
Experience with previous Microsoft big plug, MyOrder, SharePoint, and Azure
Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and strategic planning principles
