Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Technical Support Analyst to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. In this role, you'll join a team focused on designing and developing innovative IP. Your main responsibility will be to provide crucial support by managing logistics, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth implementation of features for product releases. This is a dynamic opportunity where you'll actively contribute to tracking organizational performance, creating reports, and presenting findings, allowing you to be at the forefront of product development.
In this role you will:
Manage logistics and back-end administrative tasks to support the development process of IP
Track organizational performance and create reports to present findings to stakeholders
Resolve tickets efficiently through a ticketing system, coordinating with relevant stakeholders via email or Teams
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and diagnose complex support issues

The Ideal Candidate Required Skills: 5+ years experience with Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
5+ years experience with Monitor and track to resolution
5+ years experience with Azure Devops and services
Preferred Skills: Strong expertise in Azure DevOps and services
Proven ability to meet deadlines, deliver high-quality work, and effectively communicate with stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Prior experience in a similar technical support role
