1. Performance Architecture and Modeling for Accelerators
2. Architecture exploration for compute Accelerators
3. Micro-architecture development
4. Collaboration with Design, verification and emulation teams in test plan development and debug
5. Collaboration with compiler teams to deliver industry leading performance for the accelerators
**Minimum Qualifications:**

6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
7. 18+ years of experience in designing and delivering performance architectures for compute and graphics SOCs
8. Performance tuning for complex compute IPs
9. Experience in Cycle Accurate Performance modeling
