About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Property Management to oversee all aspects of its property investments and environmental management system. The successful candidate will be responsible for the use, improvement, and safeguarding of the company's property, as well as for leading the institution's environmental stewardship efforts. This role involves strategic planning, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and providing administrative oversight for property management, maintenance, estate management, construction, and insurance. The Executive Director will also supervise budgetary activities, manage university housing, and represent the institution at various meetings.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree or a minimum of 5 years of related experience being preferred. The role requires a thorough understanding of property and facilities management, as well as strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, politically savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to the values and mission of the company, including its Christian higher education philosophy, is essential. The Executive Director will be expected to act with integrity, maintain a professional image, and contribute to the institution's cultural, policy, financial, and spiritual framework.
