Description
JOB SUMMARY
This Customer Service Representative will work to manage families who have been relocated into temporary housing after they've experienced an insured housing loss (i.e. fire or other natural disasters). The Customer Service Representative will work with an experienced team in a fast-paced work environment while learning the companies reliable process of helping families get back on their feet.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails with families and their insurance adjusters
Work with Hotel Representatives, Landlords, and Furniture Vendors to facilitate moves in a timely manner and according to priority, need, and schedule
Update electronic placement records in our proprietary data system
Assist with crisis management and make a lasting impact so that each family feels valued, safe and in good hands.
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED At least two (2) years of customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
PREFERRED Bachelor's degree preferred
Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

WORKING CONDITIONS/EQUIPMENT USE Work is performed indoors in a typical office environment - not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
Valid driver license with proof of insurance
Must be able to lift up to fifteen (15) pounds
Frequent use of office machines to include telephone, computer, and printer
