Qualifications 1+ year of experience in a Customer Service and/or General Office Administration role
Associate's Degree
Computer savvy
Microsoft Office Suite proficient
Exceptional phone etiquette
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
