**Basic Qualifications:**
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with experience in Engineering, or a related STEM field
• Experience communicating with multi\-disciplined engineering teams
• Previous experience related to BOE development, proposal process, and contracts
• Experience with Aeronautics Proposal Tool Suite \(APTS\)
• Interim Secret or higher security clearance
**Desired Skills:**
• Secret security clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years\.
• CAM Certification
• F\-22 platform experience
• Knowledge of F\-22 engineering systems, processes, and teams
• Experience with and understanding of the F\-22 proposal process
• Engineering project management experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills\.
• Ability to obtain F\-22 SAP clearance

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
