Job Description Position Summary
The Contracts Administrator prepares contract documents and participates in negotiations toward mutual acceptance. You will work closely with contracting counterparts at our aerospace customers and the US Government to ensure delivery of industry leading components for today’s premier commercial and military aircraft. The Contracts Administrator also reviews and approves order contracts and ensures all requirements are clearly flowed down to the Operations Team. This person will work across functional areas to ensure that the proper agreements are created to meet multiple business needs.

Primary Responsibilities
Provide contractual analysis and interpretation
Work with and advise team on important but potentially subtle contract nuances
Candidate will be the site focal point for the final language for Purchase Orders, Terms and Conditions, Long Term Agreements, plus essential customer, and supplier communications
Oversee the preparation and revision of contracts that involve the purchase or sale of goods and services
Provide contract summaries regarding contract status and obligations
Ensure compliance with governmental law, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies on contracting
Advises management of contractual rights and obligations regarding governmental law, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies on contracting
Provide the initial review of customer produced/proposed contract templates.
Work with corporate resources to obtain legal advice, regulatory issues, compliance issues, and other matters as needed
Develop and recommend creative solutions for Ad Hoc requests as needed
Performs other Ad Hoc duties as assigned
Maintain detailed and organized files
Minimum Education or Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Contracts, Business Administration, Finance and/or Accounting
Familiarity with aerospace industry regulations and protocol
Experience working with FAR, DFARS regulations
Advanced capability in MS Office.
Knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100 requirements.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $66,000 to $100,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter . Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
